Communication in the business world is significantly considered capable of overcoming various problems faced by a company. Various strategies are needed to survive every challenge today. play significant role marketing goods or services. This study aims find and analyze communication strategy airplane ticket sales at PT TX Tour Travel Gorontalo Branch. applies descriptive qualitative method. Data collection done through observation interviews. The result this that owner employees company have carried out some (Morissan, 2010), namely: 1) Direct direct offers potential customers products 2) Sales promotion discounts for minimum purchase 20 tickets. 3) Advertising actively form promotions on social media. 4) Personal selling face-to-face with walking directly. 5) Public Relations only public relations activities general pattern because Branch does not special division. Marketing applied has strength amid development competition.
